ABOUT US
Wesley Kids Day Out was established in 1973 as a Christian outreach to parents and children of our community.
​
Our mission is to offer children a constructive, fun environment, as well as an opportunity to socialize with children their own age while developing skills to aid them in preschool and kindergarten.
​
During the school year, our program runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, following the District 203 calendar. During the summer, our program runs Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Registration & Fees
Annual Registration Fee (per family)
$100 ($70 for church members and active duty military)
Price Per Session ( 1 session = 2.5 hrs)
Effective January 1, 2024: $20

The MUSCLE Room (Basically our indoor playground!)
A TYPICAL DAY
FREE PLAY
We believe in children having fun through free play.
It gives them time to use their imagination and to practice socialization skills with their peers.
MUSCLE ROOM
Each day, children spend time in the “muscle room” to work on large motor skills. Leapfrogs and Butterflies often walk over to Central Park when the weather permits, allowing fresh air, fun and reinforcing community safety.
STORIES
Busy Bees, Ladybugs, and Caterpillars are encouraged every day to look through books and read with the help of their teachers. Leapfrogs and Butterflies follow a theme and/or letter, as well as story time typically related to what they are working on.
ART
Children practice fine motor skills while creating fun art projects related to the week's theme, seasons and celebrations.
CIRCLE TIME
Children practice letters and their sounds, work on numbers and counting, and sing songs according to the week's theme.
FAITH BASED COMPONENT
Weekly faith-based opportunities rooted in “God is love” through children's books, crafts, puppet show time, and songs
